Disqualified Judge Damon Cantrell, Shyster Attorneys James Allan Williamson (former State Senator) and Shyster Guardian Ad Litem Attorney Rick Clarke!

These are the malicious, premeditated actions done against me by the judge, attorney, guardian and my wife in my divorce.

1. Disqualified Judge Damon Cantrell called Shyster Attorney James Allen Williamson (former Oklahoma state Senator) told him to have my wife, Marisol Burbano, file for protective order against me.

2. Marisol Burbano states in the protective order that she is doing the protective order because Shyster Attorney James Allen Williamson told her that Disqualified Judge Damon Cantrell had called and told him to tell her to take out the order. There were NO actions either verbal or physical to merit the protective order. Marisol Burbano in order to get the fraudulent protective order states that I was going to kill her and the children, a LIE under oath - PERJURY.

This is a violation of state and federal law by Disqualified Judge Damon Cantrell, Shyster Attorney James Allen Williamson, now dead Shyster Attorney, Guardian Ad Litem Rick Clarke for some or all of these: practising law from the bench, obstruction of justice, suborning an individual to commit perjury and R.I.C.O. for conspiracy to violate an individuals constitutional rights.

3. Disqualified Judge Damon Cantrell had been disqualified from continuing in the case, but yet continued to move against me in court.

4. Disqualified Judge Damon Cantrell filed falsified court proceedings on my preliminary hearing for contempt and submitted it into the file, another felony that I have certified by the clerk of the court.

5. I was put in jail for 60 days for contempt by Disqualified Judge Damon Cantrell. A writ of habeaus was done to the Oklahoma State Supreme Court, who issued an order to release me. They were unable to provide an "answer to the writ" and the judge and sheriff did not show up to the hearing for the writ. They lost by default. A violation of my constitutional inalienable rights. LAWSUITS will be forth coming. I had Court Watchers at the court who will provide affidavits do the events described.

6. Agents broke into my house, tried to burn it down and destroy my computer and court docs looking for the 3 certified copies of the 3 documents that will disbar 2 attorneys and impeach 2 judges, possibly 3. They failed to find them or to burn my house down. I returned just in time to call the fire department. Most of my legal documents had been placed in the outside barbecue pit and set on fire by agent(s) working for these individuals. The 3 docs they were trying to destroy were not there. I STILL HAVE THEM. The Police, Sheriff and Fire Department do nothing in the arson investigation.

7. State requires attorneys to file their oath of office with the Supreme Court in order to practice law. It turns out that wife's attorney, Attorney James Allen Williamson (former Oklahoma state Senator) NEVER did. Therefore Attorney James Allen Williamson (former Oklahoma state Senator) has been practising law illegally and collecting fees without a license for over 25 years. Everything he has done for 25 years is void. I have a certified copy from the State Supreme Court stating that Attorney James Allen Williamson (former Oklahoma state Senator) did not certify his credentials (doc3).

8. A fraudulent warrant for my arrest was put into play by Disqualified Judge Damon Cantrell claiming that I had threatened to place a detonating device under his vehicle. This was a total fabrication. It never happened. I believe that the reason this was done was to keep me from coming against them with what I had against them. In court the state of Oklahoma failed to prove one shred of evidence to substantiate their claims, yet the warrant remains.

9. Disqualified Judge Damon Cantrell and court reporter(s) doctored court transcripts, by adding events to them that never occurred or deleting events that did occurr.

I have left the USA in order to get my life back and to try to contact my three children, Kattia, Isaak and Kristtian Burbano, without fear of going to jail from the fraudulent protective order. It has been 5 years since I have had one word with any of my children and I miss and love them endlessly.

I have their current address in Tulsa, Oklahoma. If you can assist me with their email addresses, phone numbers, schools they attend or forward this site to them or their friends, THIS FATHER WOULD BE ETERNALLY IN DEBT TO YOU.

I will gladly return to Tulsa, Oklahoma to testify before either a state or federal grand jury with immunity against these criminals.

Quite amazing, isn't it. Heads will fall, careers will be lost, jail time for all.
